4 Reflection Questions: One For Each Week in January

Hi Reader,

Happy New Year!

I don't know about you, but re-entering the daily grind has slapped me in the face.

What's weird is that I thought I had prepared myself. Plus, I was -- and am -- excited about the feedback you have provided during the past several weeks.

In fact, this week's newsletter edition is a direct result of a chat with Kara Monroe [hey, girl!]

Below, you will find a collection of weekly prompts to help you build and maintain momentum for 2023.

If you prefer to receive each prompt as 4 separate emails across the next 4 weeks, let me know.

A dozen requests will make it worthwhile to set up a 4 email sequence for which you can join.

The Questions:

The questions are crafted so that you know exactly where you are in the current quarter. Weeks 2 through 4 will help you realign timeframes rather than feeling bogged down and abandoning the project.

My favorite reassessment -> adjustment tool is to cut my goal in half or double the length of the project.

You can easily adapt the questions as a review, or as a week-long daily prompt.

Week 1: As you begin the first week of the quarter, what specific actions can you take to move closer to your goal?

Week 2: As you enter the second week of the quarter, what progress have you made towards your goal so far, and what steps do you need to take to continue making progress?

Week 3: As you begin the third week of the quarter, how can you reassess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan in order to stay on track towards your goal?

Week 4: As you enter the final week of the quarter, what accomplishments have you made towards your goal, and what final steps do you need to take to ensure you reach it by the end of the quarter?

Gaining momentum in January and February critical are if you are to carry through with your big goals for the year.
